Toronto is very busy in May and June, so the Federation provides a list of accommodations with the lowest rates available near York University’s Keele campus, including specially discounted rates for Congress attendees at several properties. We want to provide you with every opportunity to find a room within our contracted residence and hotel room blocks or, when sold out, the next best available rate.
Our contracted room blocks will book up quickly due to high demand and lower-than-average room rates. These discounted rates will be available until the rate expiry date is reached or until all rooms in the block have been booked. You must use the dedicated booking code or websites below to access the special Congress rates. Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so book early to avoid disappointment.
For those wishing to extend their stay in Toronto, Congress rates are valid generally up to 3 days before and after the official Congress dates (May 27-June 2), pending room availability (this may vary by hotel). Please call the hotel or residence directly.

Those intending to scam attendees may send trustworthy-looking emails and build websites that mimic legitimate event websites to secure credit card information. Do NOT make arrangements with any vendors who contact you directly to offer help with booking accommodations for Congress. *
On-Campus Accommodation
York University is proud to provide on-campus accommodation in student residences for Congress 2023.
All residences are smoke-free, include complimentary Wi-Fi, and are air-conditioned. Bed linens and towels are provided in the room and guests will have access to laundry facilities in the residence.

Stong Residence

Vanier Residence is a traditional dormitory building with shared and semi-private washrooms.
Each floor has a mix of single and double rooms, 1 shared all-gender washroom, and 2 semi-private all-gender washrooms for use of all occupants on the floor.
Each room is furnished with a twin bed, dresser, closet, desk, and chair (double rooms contain 2 of each item).

Pond Road Residence is a suite-style residence building featuring 2-person suites.
Each suite contains two single bedrooms (each with a lockable door) and a private washroom accessible only by the suite's occupants.
