Uncorking Connection: Wine Tasting with GBC's Master Sommelier (Day 1)
Join us for Uncorking Connection, a wine tasting experience that brings people together through story, collaboration and local craftsmanship. Led by Doris Miculan-Bradley – one of only three female Master Sommeliers in Canada, and a proud member of the George Brown College faculty – this ticketed event will be hosted twice throughout Congress 2025. This experience will feature Trillium Cellars wine, a special collaboration between George Brown College and Niagara College, showcasing the best of Ontario’s wine region. Attendees will enjoy a curated selection of Trillium wines paired with meats, fruits, and cheeses from local producers in the province. This event is a great opportunity to connect with your peers and appreciate the community and stories behind what we share at the table.
