During this roundtable, Francophone researchers will discuss the main challenges related to conducting research projects in French in Southern Ontario, writing grants, effectively disseminating results, holding research activities and creating college networks. These stakeholders will also share their strategies for addressing these challenges, in order to create a broader dialogue on the issue of research in French in a minority language context. This event is intended to be an opportunity for frank discussion of the challenges faced by Francophone researchers in Southern Ontario, as well as an opportunity to network with members of the local Francophone community. Sponsored by l'Amicale francophone de York and the Groupe de recherche sur le Canada francophone du Centre d'études canadiennes Robarts, this roundtable will bring together colleagues from several post-secondary institutions in Toronto as well as members of the Toronto chapter of the Association francophone pour le savoir (ACFAS).

Please note this event will be presented in French. Bilingual titles and descriptions are for reference purposes only.
