The Canadian Society for the Study of Names (CSSN) will hold its 57th Annual Meeting at York University from Sunday, May 28, to Monday, May 29, 2023, in conjunction with the Congress of the Humanities and Social Sciences of Canada. The theme of the 2023 Congress is: “Reckonings & Re-Imaginings,” but papers on any onomastic topic are welcome. We also welcome papers to this year’s special panel, Names in Contact: Honouring the Legacy of Wolfgang Ahrens.
